Dr. Glasgow has been a registered nurse for 22 years. She completed her Doctorate (DNP) at Chamberlain University, 2 Masters degrees (MSN AND MHA) in Nursing Education and Healthcare Informatics at the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Long Island University, and a She is enrolled in a Nurse Practitioner post-graduate certificate from Loyola University Chicago. She has enjoyed 20 years of service with the Veterans Health Administration in Long-term care and Home Telehealth.
Sherise Warner-Rollock, DNP, RN, FNP-BC
Vice President
Sherise has been a RN for 16 years. She completed her Doctorate (DNP) at Chamberlain University, Masters degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University NYC campus. She currently works as a FNP with Optum House Calls/United Health Care. She is an active member within her community and serves as the Queens representative with The Nurse Practitioner Association NYS.

Angela Kennerly, MSN,MBA, RN

Angela Kennerly is a registered nurse and has been a nurse for over 30 years. At the bedside she worked as a PACU RN at New York University. She joined New York Presbyterian in 2023 as a Nurse Administrator. She also serves as an Adjunct Nursing professor at Long Island University Brooklyn where she enjoys the privilege of shaping the future of budding nurses .
Ms. Kennerly is a recent graduate of Long Island University where she completed a post graduate certificate program for Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Master of Science and Master of Business Admiration in Healthcare Management in 2009 from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science from S.U.N.Y. Utica/Rome in 1993.
Tijuana Artiste-Williams, MSN, RN
Treasurer
Graduated in 2017 with a bachelor's in nursing from Kaplan University, and in 2019 received a master's in nursing education. Mrs. Artiste-Williams has worked for over 33 years at LHH of Northwell in Manhattan, serving as a Nurse Coordinator and Scheduler for Interventional Cardiology for 4 years, and has worked in the Cardiac Cath Lab for 20 years. She is eager to serve the community by sharing her experience and devoting time to help when it's needed.
Brittney Ashman, BSN, RN
Financial Secretary
Brittany has been a RN for 2 years. She has a bachelors degree in health management from Howard University. She later completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Molloy University. She currently works as an RN at Northwell’s Long Island Jewish Medical Center in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.

She is a LIU Brooklyn School of Nursing Alumna. She held a position of the chapter president for Theta Chi Beta Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority Incorporated in 2020. She is the former Beta Sponsor and current Dean Of Membership for Theta Chi Chapter since 2023. Currently, she is a labor and delivery nurse at NYCHHC Jacobi and NYP Westchester as well as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner ( SANE) for the Bronx.
Norma Wharton, PhD Candidate, MS, RN
Chaplin
Norma has been a registered Nurse for over 30 years. She received both Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s in Nursing Administration from Adelphi University where she is currently enrolled as a PhD Candidate. She has been as a Patient Care Director at New York Presbyterian Hospital and now works self-directed as a Nurse Recruiter. She serves as a Worship Leader in her local church.
Kamila Barnes, DNP, RN, FNP-C

Dr. Barnes has been an RN for 16 years and is a Founder/Owner of Barnes Health Affiliates, LLC. She completed her Doctorate (DNP) and Masters (MS) degrees at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. She also graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Spanish. She is an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Hofstra School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Northwell Health.
