Charlene Glasgow, DNP, MHA, RN-BC
President
Dr. Glasgow has been a registered nurse for 18 years. She completed her Doctorate (DNP) at Chamberlain University, 2 Masters degrees (MSN AND MHA) in Nursing Education and Healthcare Informatics at the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Long Island University. She is enrolled in a Nurse Practitioner post-graduate certificate program at Loyola University Chicago. She has enjoyed 16 years of service with the Veterans Health Administration in Long term care and Home Telehealth.

Sherise Warner-Rollock, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Vice President
Sherise has been a RN for 16 years. She completed her Masters degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University NYC campus. She currently works as a FNP with Optum House Calls/United Health Care. She is an active member within her community and serves as the Queens representative with The Nurse Practitioner Association NYS.


Desiree Mohan, BSN, RN
Recording Secretary
She completed her undergraduate nursing studies at Long Island University, Brooklyn NY. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership at the University of Connecticut. She is currently employed at Yale New Haven Health and Hospital as a Medical Surgical Float Nurse.

Patricia Armand CRNA, BSN, MSN
Corresponding Secretary
She’s been an RN for 16 years. Completed her Masters degree at Columbia University. She also graduated with honors from Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She is currently a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) at Montefiore medical center and grievance chair for NYSNA at the Hutchinson campus.


Ruth C. Fulton, RN
Treasurer
She graduated with a degree in Nursing in 1972. Her early work experience was in the neonatal unit at Harlem Hospital. She quickly accelerated to administrative roles, a Family Planning Nurse Specialist. She retired as an Assistant Director of the Medical Unit of St. Christopher-Ottilie Foster Care. After thirty-four years, she retired from her professional role in nursing allowing her to put all her energy into pursuing her commitment to her community.

Sarah Watts, BSN, RN
Dean of Membership

She is an LIU Brooklyn School of Nursing Alumna. She is the former chapter president of Theta Chi Beta Chapter of Chi Eta Phi Sorority. She is also a member of the Social Media Committee for Greater NYC Black Nurses Association (GNYCBNA). Currently, she is a Labor & Delivery Nurse at NYCH+H Jacobi and a Covid 19 Vaccinator.

Kamila Barnes, DNP, RN, FNP-C

Dr. Barnes has been an RN for 13 years and is a Founder/Owner of Barnes Health Affiliates, LLC. She completed her Doctorate (DNP) and Masters (MS) degrees at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. She also graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Spanish. She is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Long Island University - Brooklyn and a Family Nurse Practitioner at Northwell Health.
